Handling and Shipping Time

Please keep in mind that all MACloth dresses are made to order to reduce waste and keep the cost low to our customers.

It will take 10 to 21 days to make the dresses, depending on the style of the dress. You can choose stanard shipping or expedited shipping when checking out. The following is the general detailed time schedule to make and ship dresses.

Standard shipping service: You will receive the dress within 4-6 weeks. It includes 2-3weeks of tailoring, and 2-3 weeks of shipment.

Expedited shipping service: You will receive the dress within 3-4 weeks. It includes 2-3 weeks of tailoring time and 3-7 days of shipment.

If you need to receive the dress earlier than schedule or have question on time of specific dress style, please feel free to contact us.

Return and Refund

The dress can be returned within 14 days after the dress is delivered. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
