Are your dresses made to order?

Yes. All of our dresses are made to order, which means each piece is carefully crafted after your order is confirmed. This allows us to offer custom sizing and design adjustments.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes — custom size service is free. You may choose either a standard size based on our size chart or a custom size made exactly to your measurements. Custom sizing is highly recommended if your measurements fall between sizes.

For sizes larger than US 18, an additional fee may apply due to extra fabric and production requirements. We will always confirm this with you before proceeding.

Can I customize the design?

Yes. Many design elements can be customized, including sleeves, neckline, dress length, color, and in some cases, fabric. Please contact us with your request and reference photos if available.

How long does production take?

Production usually takes 10–18 business days. Rush orders may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time:

  • Express shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I return or exchange my dress?

Because most of our dresses are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Extended Custom sizes
  • Color changes
  • Design modifications

If your dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Will the color look exactly the same as in photos?

Due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric batches, slight color differences may occur. If color accuracy is critical, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

For the best fit, please measure carefully using a soft measuring tape. Essential measurements include:

  • Full bust
  • Waist
  • Hips
  • Hollow to floor (with shoes)
  • Height
